There are three motivating factors in industry and these are Law, Financial and Moral, although we do have to comply the both statute and regulatory duties and requirements placed on each of us in the workplace and the potential ramifications on a financial front for when it goes wrong, it is my firm belief that the primary motivating factor or driving force for safety and health  should be the moral one ensuring that the ladies and gentlemen out there in the workplace can work with minimal risk to themselves and others ensuring that they return home to their loved ones at the end of each day fit and healthy and not adversely affected by the works they have undertaken or indeed the working environment its self.

It is my endeavour to ensure that all those that i am engaged with can work with minimal risks to their physical, mental and emotional well being and work in full compliance with the duties conferred upon each of us in the workplace.
